All this existence is energetic.
In Sanskrit Chakra means Wheel – the “wheel of life” from which the energy moves from one frequency to another. Chakras are the main energetic centers in the body that look like spinning wheels and allow the energy to flow from one part of the body to another.
The chakras that we have in our system we experience them all the time and they record every moment in our life.
There are two ways of describing them: one is through spirituality, the other is through science. They distribute life force in our physical body. The intensity of our chakras indicates our present physical emotional and spiritual state.
People in general are most familiar only with the seven chakras but the truth is that we have thousand. Example there are chakras in the hand when we put our hand together and start to move them, then when we put them apart we can already feel the energetic field in there and it is sensed with the chakras that we have in our palms.
The healing power of touch arises from the ancient times. The main focus of the Energy therapies is to remove energy congestion that form in our energy fields (aura) and energy centers (chakras). One of the healing method is called Reiki. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So actually Reiki is “spiritually guided life force energy.”
It is a Japanese technique which is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and causes us to be alive. If, “life force energy” is low, then we can easily get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Chakras are first mentioned in Indian tradition but they are common to every religion and because they are our universal nature. Chakras are not only specific to Hinduism or Buddhism. The ancient sages have felt that the human is a small representation of the universe. This bodies are mortal but an immortal force is moving through them. So, we are eternal mystery.
The earth or root chakra, Muludhara refers to our basic human potentiality, desires and our concern about our personal survival and our identification with the physical world. This chakra represents the most earth centered energy and it is most blocked by the fear.

The solar plexus chakra, Manipura, has a real power it is connected with the self-esteem and expressing of our personal power. The relationship with the world around us, and our beliefs about our place within comes from this chakra. Blocks in this chakra causes shame combined with some personal and psychological aspect, fear of rejection, the need to have power over others, demanding and blaming, judgmental attitudes, so the cure for releasing the energy of this chakra would be to accept and love all the aspects of who we are.
The fourth chakra is rotated in the heart. The heart chakra, Anahata, is related to love the world of spirit and of form. It heals with love and is blocked by grief. When the heart chakra is open, we are able to forgive. A heavy heart is the one which carries resentment and anger from denied feeling and emotions. A healthy heart, allows these suppressed emotions to come out on surface and that’s how we heal the bitterness. If we love ourselves, only then we would be able to love others as well.
Love inside our heart is form of energy that swirls all around us.

A healthy throat chakra makes our voice clear and resonates with truth.
The Anja Chakra, or third eye, is light chakra, the chakra of time and awareness located in the center of our fore head and it is blocked by the illusion and the greatest illusion in this world is the illusion of the separation. We are all connected as one but we live as divided. A healthy third eye gives us the power to perceive every reflection from the outer world, as a direct call for us to accept it as ours, heal and love it.
Crown Chakra — the highest chakra deals with pure cosmic energy and it is the center of divine wisdom, the spiritual eye that seeks to see and know the truth in all things.
